Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using www.hommeliness.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by sole trader Ales Vesely ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to consumers using the Site from the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
- If we discover a pricing or description error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price, or you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- We may refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

6. Payment

- By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Delivery

- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
- If delivery is delayed due to an event outside our control, we will let you know as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay.
- If nobody is available to receive delivery, please follow the courier's instructions for collection or rescheduling.

8. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
